Every big idea starts with a small conversation. For us, it began when two friends returned home to Jaipur after the corporate grind. We hit pause not because we lacked opportunities, but because we wanted to chase meaning, not just money.

At 24, one question refused to leave us: "If not now, then when?"

Like millions of Indians living away from home, we knew the struggle skipping breakfast before office, grabbing samosas between meetings, and undoing gym efforts with late-night junk. We tried everything from protein bars to fancy snacks, but they were either too expensive, too artificial, or simply not made for Indian taste buds.

That’s when reality hit: most Indians are protein deficient, and that gap shows up as fatigue and lifestyle diseases far too early in life. And that’s when Building Bites was born to make healthy snacking simple, affordable, and truly Indian.
